Typically, my day starts at five in the morning and doesn’t end before midnight. And it’s a dream come true for me, because I own a gourmet restaurant where everything is my choice. From buying the finest ingredients at the market to creating exiting and creative recipes and chatting with my guests. I enjoy these long days filled with action and energy.
